My deepest condolences to Charles’s wife and family.
Charles and I went through grammar and high school together in Trussville Al back in the 50’s and 60’s. He was one of our star football players at Hewitt Trussville High. Charles, back then, had a good head on his shoulders and back in1966 was destined to greater challenges in his future.
I never laid eyes on him again and was sorrowed upon word of his untimely death. I’m sure that he will be missed by many people whose paths...

Charles and Alix at UCLA graduation for Hadley
We had so many good memories together, whether it was laughing, running, golfing, traveling or just sitting around shooting the breeze. I always missed him. I’m glad he is at peace now.
