My prayers and thoughts to your Family & Friends for your lose..I am so sorry for your lose.. Charlie was a great person and Friend to my Dad(Bob Hess) and our Family for many years..Charlie always had a smile & a great hello for everyone..He will be missed.

I've known charlie all my life...my mom's family lived next to the hut...he was the sweetest man I've ever known...been missing his laugh...my husband and I only live a few houses down from his house and I miss hearing his laugh....we loved you ,charlie,so much....Karen,George and family

My sympathy for the loss of a fine man. I met Mr. Brokhoff at Trinity about 15 years ago. He always had a smile. I remember him always working. He helped out with whatever was going on. I will miss his pleasant outlook and big smile.

I have known Charlie for over 75 years. He delivered coal to our home in Mechanicsville for years. A wonderful person. May his Soul Rest in Peace. Great guy.

He was a member of that "greatest generation" of Americans that make us all feel proud.
He also kept many households on the Eastside warm and cozy with his timely deliveries of coal when needed. May the good Lord bless Charlie Brokhoff and the Brokhoff family.
