Not sure what to say?

Dear Madam Janine and Family, our family hurts for your loss, we know this is a very difficlt time and we feel sorry for not being there on Sunday to be with you. We've gotten to know Philippe and Marc through my work and they are two fine pillars you have there. We never met Charles but I know we would have loved him. "When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure".

It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of Monsieur Brunner. For many decades Charles was our family's Master Clock Maker. Charles brought more than skill to your home when called to repair a clock. With a twinkle in his eyes and that mischievous smile he shared his knowledge and interesting stories. His love of family was always evident. Charles will be sorely missed and always remembered with each strike of the hour.
"Say not in grief he is no more - but live in thankfulness that...

Janine, Philippe, Wendy and Marc. Please accept our deepest sympathy and condolences with the loss of your loving husband and father. Our thoughts are with you. With so much similarity we can understand such great loss. We wish you strength and comfort.

Dear Janine & Family:
You might remember me as one of the "[Ted] Dilts girls" of the mid-1970's. We always looked forward to "Charlie's" visits to the store: his gentle kindness, his twinkling eyes and his ever-present smile.
He will live on forever in your hearts and in the memories of all those privileged to know him - je me souviens.
