Charlie and I shared many good times at the office of Sandberg & Rabbai Realty over the years from the Alger Heights office to the College Ave office. We also went to con ed and diversity class together. Charlie even left a picture on my desk one day that he thought I would like. He had a big heart and a crazy sense of humor. Dear Bund Family:

I rented the small Spencer St. house from Charlie, and later, my daughter, Kelley also rented it! I had met you, Susan, when Charlie took me to meet you once, way back in 1989. He had severe back problems at that time.
