Not sure what to say?

Steve and Family,
Mydeepest sympathies for your loss. Dr. Burke was a kind and caring man who loved his family. The times I spent in your home as a teenager are remembered with fondness and affection. The love and respect you showed for each other was an example well set. You all are in my thoughts and prayers

Dear Mrs. Burke:

I will always remember your husband, to me Dr. Burke, as my father's best of friends. When my father died, he (and you) were the first there for our family. Though my experience with him was limited to that as my father's son, it was always so apparent to me that he was a fundamentally good and generous man. I remember well Dr. Burke, even as a young boy, and how I was proud my father had such a man as his close friend. Even as his health so clearly declined, your...

I was saddened to hear of Dr. Burke's passing. Please know that the Burke family is in my thoughts and prayers. Memories of growing up at Good Shepherd will always include Dr. Burke. May he rest in peace.
Sincerely,
Lillian

Our deepest sympathy to the family (former patients and friends) of Dr. Burke. When our family moved back to Jacksonville in 1962, my mom found Dr. Burke and she couldn’t have found a more caring, loving, devoted and loyal doctor. To say he was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL just doesn’t do the man justice – he treated all his patients as if they were family and you knew his kindness came truly from his heart. Dr. Burke thank you for going into your chosen profession – and taking care of us for so...

Dr. Burke will be missed by all, loving, caring man , beautiful caring wife. He will now be telling stories to catch Bob up on the local happenings. Carole, you are thought of from the bottom of my heart. My love and prayers to you and the family.

Dr. Burke was a true gentleman and will be greatly missed. My prayers go out to Mrs. Burke, Steve and Joe and their families.

I remember Dr. Burke as being a very caring Physician. He always took time with our family - being raised by my Dad - He always cheered my Dad on for being a Dad and Mom to me - I also remember having to tell him " I was sorry" for kicking when he went to give me a shot!!!!!!!!!!! That was many many many years ago. God Bless your family and "Thank You" for sharing HIM with us!

The Burkes have been lifelong friends of ours and lived just a few short blocks away. Dr. Burke was there for us when our dad (Dr. Art Draper) had his heart attack in 1978 and was there again for us when he died at home on April 30, 1997. He was a blessing to all who knew him. Our love and prayers go out to Carole and the whole Burke family.

My heartfelt condolences...
