Not sure what to say?

Charlie was my husband´s best friend in both health and sickness. Charlie was like a father to me we will always love this crazy, funny, compassionate, honorable, and loyal man!

One of our funniest lake adventures was when Charlie gave Peter black gun powder to load the little cannon for the 4th of July. The roar was incredible and pieces of the exploded cannon were founding stuck in trees halfway up our hill! Thank God shelter was taken behind a huge boulder after they lit the fuse! Windows rattled up and down the lake!!! Charlie & Peter laughed about this for years! afterwards! Neighbors weren't feeling quite as humorous but eventually recovered. Peter was never...

Charlie was and always will be family to us! Loved his sense of humor, giving spirit, kindness, jokes, pranks on Peter. One of the very few friends whom helped my husband when he became disabled every single day that we were at the lake. Regardless if it was just cheering him up or doing physical things for him, Charlie was the man, He watched over me every day I was alone at the cottage when Peter could not be there. Charlie treated me as a daughter and I'll always, always love him!!!!
