Not sure what to say?

Mr. Bussey was a great mentor during my employment at Ruston , La. glass plant.

Joyce, Dale and I are just now finding out of Charlie's passing last April. We are so very sorry. Dale and I so appreciated your opened arms when we moved to Greenville and started attending First Baptist. Thank you for the many Christmas cards and pics through the years. We will always hold a special place in our hearts for you both...and I will continue to so lovingly think of y'all while watching your Clemson Tigers play. Praying for you, your girls, and their families and sending lots of...

Ms. Bussey and family,
I have just learned of the passing of Charlie. I have served on the letterwinners board for a number of years and am shocked to learn of his death. He was such a kind, fair, and professional man. I am so saddened to learn of his death. I am sure you know that he was loved and cherished by so many! It was my honor to know him and work with him on the Letterwinners board. He was such an example to so many. My thoughts and prayers to you and your family.

Joyce, It was great to see you, the girls, and their families on Tuesday, though the circumstances were not the best. I always looked forward to the time in the summer when we shared time at Grandmother's house. Let's all keep in touch. Family time is very important and in many cases seems to be slipping away today. I love all of you and hope we stay close.

Love, Paul

Laurie, I just saw your dad's obit in the Ruston Daily Leader. So sorry to hear about this. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. (Don't know if you remember me or not - we went to Temple BC together years ago - Kim Norman Baker)

Aunt Joyce, Pam, Laurie, and Jennie,
I always had the deepest respect and admiration for Uncle Charlie. I will always remember him and strive to be as good a father and husband as he was.
We will miss him.
Love,
Dave, Allison, Corbett, and George Harris

Dear Joyce and Family, David and I want to express our deepest sympathy to you and hope that you (like us with our daughter, Kathy) will find comfort in knowing that Charlie is at Peace. Love to all, Helen Rozendale

God was good to all of us that knew Charlie. May God be with all of his family.

Wallace, Laurie, and family: Mr. Bussey leaves the wonderful legacy of his beautiful family behind and we were blessed to have met him. We will all get to see him again one glorious day. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
