Charlie it's been 3 years we loss Aunt Shirley, cousin Ann, and you. Gone to soon but will never be forgotten. Rest -in-Peace cruz. Love Sharon Carter

I worked with Charles. He was always a calming voice of reason and a great advocate for his agency. It was an honor to know him. His loss will leave a void in the world.

Remembering the life of my dearest friend and Catequist and the times we shared together. You are missed like no one else and I hope you’re in heaven watching down on us. We will cherish the memories we have with you and remember your amazing life. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to have you as a mentor, and friend.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Charles was my first supervisor I had at HUD, when I moved to WADC from San Antonio in November 2000. He was a great boss! A great person! He will be missed. My prayers go out to his family.

Charlie, no farewell words were spoken and no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it and only GOD knows why. Our hearts will ache in sadness and tears will flow. Your life was a blessing that we will always treasure. You were LOVED beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.

Charles will be missed by our entire family. His warm smile and personality will stay in our hearts. We all enjoyed the good times in Hawaii with him in July. He loved the beautiful weather and our memories with him will last forever.

Rest In Peace, rise in glory!

Charles was such a confident, calm and the consummate professional. He was a pleasure to work with and was proud to call him a colleague. He always had a reassuring smile no matter what the circumstances. And he had many because he was the go to person for very difficult projects. I will always remember the peaceful nature that Charles always exhibited and the advice he rendered to me over the years. Miss you my friend and you have fought a good fight. Prayers and love to o his family and...

To the Family, My deepest condolences for the loss of Charlie. I just saw him in February and we talked for a while. I will always remember his smile and our talks. You just never know Gone-to-Soon cousin. Rest-in-Peace.
