Graduated Dundalk 66 with Charles. My deepest condolences to his family. Rest in peace Charles.

I knew Chuck all the way back to elementary school. Boy, if he wasn't a Pecks Bad Boy. Not bad, just an ornery little guy in the innocent mischief of the 50-60's. You could always count on him doing something to make us laugh. It's been so many years.... My sincerest condolences to his family. May God surround you with grace and peace.
Claire Kordela Cochran
