Charlie was one of the most brilliant defense lawyers I ever worked with. We have lost a great one.

Charles was a great man. I got to know him as a defense attorney when I became a prosecutor in Dallas County. Whenever I would run into him at the courthouse, we would talk about our families and I always walked away with a smile on my face as he was such a kind and genuine man. I am grateful that I had the chance to know him. He will be missed.
