Dear Grandma, Carol and all loved ones,
Bill certainly touched the lives of the Hart family and for that we will be forever thankful. He made his presence known in such a quiet sincere way but oh I enjoyed his sweet smile and wonderful hugs which I will miss along with his Christmas card notes.
