My deepest condolences to the Carroll Family. I want to thank your father for fully funding our golf team year after year to play in the Jeremy Fund charitible golf outing at Mercer Oaks. The money raised helped families pay their monthly expenses while their children were being treated for cancer. Much appreciated from here to eternity. Rest in peace.

To the Carroll family, My sympathy and prayers on the passing of Walt. Many a fun filled day we shared at the country club as we grew up. Have known Walt since since the early 50's. Without question, Walter was one of the good guys. Brilliant mind and quick wit, he was a delightful story teller. Politics was Walter's favorite topic and, oh my, did he ever know where the so-called "bodies were buried." As for sports, particularly basketball, Walter was forever a Georgetown Hoya through and through. Rest in peace old friend, and our sincere condolences to the entire Carroll family.
