Charles D. Carter, 52, of KCKS passed away on Feb. 12, 2016. A visitation will be held from 6- 8pm on Thurs., Feb. 18 at Maple Hill Funeral Home. Service will be held at 1pm Friday. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
