Not sure what to say?

I just wanted to express my sympathy to the Catts family as you grieve and maybe yet be thankful that Chuckie is now free from all his limitations. My
family started at First United Methodist Church in the latter 60's. I did not see Chuckie very much but was acquainted with his brothers. I have been living in Ohio for quite some time but usually return two times a year to visit my family.

Knowing my brother for his entire life was not always a joy , when I was a child he got all the attention. I guess I was jealous . He was always the life of the party even though he could not talk. Babysitting him when he was little was no picnic either. Not till I grew up (and I mean in my 30's ) did I realize how special he was and how selfish I was. I could have been a better brother to him and stayed around to support him more but as usual I was all for myself. He never showed me anything...

Sorry for your loss. god bless you.

Our sympathies to the Catts family. You are in our prayers.

To the Catts family, Our deepest sympathy. Chuckie had a smile for everyone and added a special light to this world. Joyce and Butch Cook

Chuck was blessed with the gift of demonstrating unconditional love for those who shared his world. Chuck chose to make each day a great and adventurous day, full of wonder and of love. I will carry the lessons of love, perseverance, tenacity, patience, compassion, laughter and beauty that he taught me and others. He will be lovingly remembered for the man he was and the joy he shared with so many. I was blessed to know Chuck. My husband and I will keep you all in our prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss Lori. May your memories always be with you and bring you comfort. Love and Miss you my Friend.

I was pregnant when I first met Chuck 18 years ago. Mallory is now 17 and has grown up with Chuck. She came to his home frequently as a baby and he watched her grow up. He always worked very hard to be gentle with her because she was a child. I know how hard it was for him to manage his excitement and his body at the same time but it was important to him and he did it. Chuck had the ability to be both a gentleman and "one of the boys", a rare combination. I will miss him greatly, thank...

I'm truly sorry to hear of your family's loss. I never had a chance to meet Chuckie but from stories that I've heard from Lori, he was an amazing, happy, fun loving individual. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this hard time.
