In previous years, members of the Study Group and I met Charles Thomas in the Philadelphia area when he was on field work and at Virginia Beach where he led the noon meditation and workshops. I met Charles Thomas over 40 years ago. He made a profound impact on my life. He will be missed.

I FIRST MET CHARLES THOMAS ABOUT 45 YEARS AGO, AT THE RURAL RETREAT CAMP. EVERY TIME I SAW HIM HE WAS ALWAYS SERVING OTHERS, WITH GENTLE THOUGHTFULNESS AND KINDNESS. HE LIVED THE FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT MORE THAN ANYONE I'VE EVER MET. AN AMAZING EXAMPLE AND ROLE MODEL HE WAS.
I SEND SINCERE APPRECIATION OF FEELINGS OF LOSS TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES. WE CAN CELEBRATE A LIFE FULLY LIVED.

Another good old Va.Beach High School boy gone south. Tommy,I will always remember you as a friend that I grew up with. I will always remember your dad as our scoutmaster and how he mesmerized us with his storytelling at our meetings.with love and sympathy to the Cayce family
