Not sure what to say?

I went to school with Chad starting in 7th grade at John Wayland Intermediate until we graduated from TA together. He was a good friend and as kind and gentle as anyone I knew. We ran track together and always had a blast picking on each other. He was a good soul and society is a lesser place without him.

I met Charles on trip to Staunton Va for geneaology. He was a wonderful story teller and so well versed. My father was Leonard Churchman and had met him years ago as had my brother. I wish I could have known him better and for a longer time. I hope his family has been able to come to terms with his passing and their grief. May their memories be ones of love, happiness and good times.

I was saddened to see that Chad had passed last august (2017).
I had met him only briefly when the family was visiting his aunt Dorothy Eberhardt. She was my mother. She had entertained him and a friend in Maine many years ago. I will call soon to better express my feelings. Love Mary Eberhardt Holtzman Jan. 31, 2018.

I knew Chad from FOCAS group. Chad's determination, perseverance, and positive attitude is an inspiration to all of us. We will miss his friendly spirit and big hugs! Praying for you now and in the days ahead.

Chad will be missed by many. His warm smile was always a bright spot. Keeping all in my thoughts and prayers.

Chad impacted many lives with his determination, strong will, kindness and friendship
I knew him from birth, as we were 1st cousins. Such a joy to be around always, fun times growing up, working together, hunting for years, etc. Already greatly missed. My prayers for comfort and peace, healing and love for all the many family and friends thatat are feeling the pain, and especially for Chad, as he enters his heavenly home

Chad was a gentle, wonderful soul. I will miss being enveloped by his hugs.
