Charles was a past State Director for the Ohio Army Military Affiliate Radio System and spent many hours helping relay traffic to Service Members overseas. He will be missed by all of our current members and was a valuable part of the organization. 73's Charles

I was Chuck's English teacher in 1968 and I have fondly remembered his efforts and accomplishments, his earnest friendship, and his ability to engage people.
