John and I are so sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Chatellier. He was such a wonderful Pediatrician to our children and a wonderful Dr. to work with at Trident and SMC. I always enjoyed that wonderful smile and his pleasant personality. God Bless You All. I know he will be missed.

Dearest Lynne, Joey and family. Our heart is broken to hear of the death of Chuck. Such a kind, sweet, compassionate soul. This great physician is now resting in the arms of The Great Physician. You all are in our prayers.

My sympathy to the family. Dr. Chatellier was so kind to my children who now have children of their own. He was such a gentle and caring man.
