Not sure what to say?

I have just recently found out about Doug's passing. He hired me as an engineer when the company was 8 months old. We worked to grow the company for the next 20 years together. As I look back on that relationship it is with special feelings. Doug always thought of our employees and we had a special concern for them, they came first, even to the point of holding our pay for months at a time so they could be paid. We always held to the highest standards, once again sacrificing ourselves...

I knew Doug since 1976 when I started to work in the Sussex County Engineers Office and he was in private practice. We met at a Municipal Engineers meeting & we were friends ever since. He was a great guy, super engineer, good businessman & was always very involved in various Engineering Societies. Since he was a former Hunterdon County Engineer, we had many things to talk about as we share war stories . My wife & I enjoyed his company at the Annual NJ League of Municipalities Convention....

We extend our deepest sympathies to all of Doug's family.
