Dear Carol and family, We are so sorry to hear of Chucks passing. What a good man he was. We didn´t know him well, but one day in 1992 while walking Peaks Island with a 5 and 7 year old, the kids started unraveling from heat and fatigue. Just then, Chuck came by and asked if we´d like a ride!! Well, he not only gave us a ride, but he gave us a tour of Peaks Island and explained its history!!
