My condolences to the family and friends of Chuck. I am an Oak Park Police Officer and always enjoyed a good laugh with Chuck whenever we encountered each other. He was always so friendly and I never saw him in anything but a good mood at work. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. May God bless him and his family.

I've have many fine memories of
Chuck. I"ve known him as a friend and as a co-worker.
I'll miss his great smile and words of wisdom.

So sorry for your loss. I remember Chuck giving CPR instructions with Jack. Also remember his photography work.
