Not sure what to say?

I remember walking out to pond behind his house with him. Was beautiful. But when I looked up to a tree,, a very tall tree ,, there was a white resin chair abot 20-25´ up, nailed to tree. He told me he liked to sit up there and look around. He was such an awesome guy, miss him

I had no idea. So very sorry to hear this Condolences to his family. Been thinking about him and wondering how he was. I guess last time I saw him was summer before passing. Friends a long time,, will miss him dearly Blessings

Sending love and prayers to you all. I am sad that I never got to meet him but this I do know he was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Mr Condron was my health teacher in junior high (1993). I thought the world of him. He was kind, friendly and easygoing. Though I didnt know him long, I feel he lived a good life. RIP, you will always be remembered.

Chip was the type of guy that you couldn't help but like as soon as you met him. With a handshake, a smile, and his good-humored personality, he had the virtue that quickly made every visitor feel like an old friend.

They say that every life holds a legacy, and that no person is ever an island as we all go through it together. Having nobly served his country as a military veteran, and his community as a school teacher, Chip's legacy will undoubtedly endure the test of time, reflected...
