Charles was born in Flint, Michigan on August 2, 1958, the son of the late Raymond and Alice (Cathey) Cook.

He also was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Nichols and her husband Larry, Charles, or Chuck, as he is known to some.

Left behind are his wife, Kathleen (Connolly);

son, Harlow; daughters Brooke and Kathy;

brother, Ray Cook and wife Nancy of Flint;

sister, Robin and husband Gene Tufford of Grand Blanc;

brother, Tom Cook of Augusta Fl.; as well as thirty three nieces and nephews.

Charles loved his family dearly and they were the most important thing to him. He loved being outdoors, fishing, and working on cars.

He also loved his model trains. Charles was a hard worker and always tried to do his best. He was proud to be a volunteer fireman for the Burton Fire Department.

He will be missed on this earth, but for those of us who are believers in Jesus Christ, this is not a farewell for we shall all be together again soon!

Friends with Charlie and Tim in HS. Seen him off and on for years. He was a pretty good egg. I remember he did some work for me at my house. Real friendly and did a great job. We spent some time talking.
Peace be with you Charlie.
