Dear Mrs. Cottrell,

I am sorry to hear of the passing fo Mr. Cottrell. He lived a long happy life, loved his family, and loved UK. I hope that he was able to attend some of the UK football games this year as they had a banner year. Say hello to Sammy, hope things are going well with LJS.

Earl:

As your brother Charles was a few years older than you and I, I never knew him personally. However, I feel like I knew him through you and your Mother.

My sincere condolences for your loss.

I will pass this on to my uncle, Don Hamilton as I doubt if he will have other access from his current Wahington State home.
