Prayers are with the family. I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed the life stories on Mr. Cramer, especially when it talked about the shoe cover he made for my grandfather. My grandfather died in the early 60's so I never really had a chance to know him. It makes me proud that he was friends with Mr Cramer and now they are in heaven together getting reacquainted.

I enjoyed being Mr. Charlie's buddy for a long time. I worked at City Auto Parts for 25 years and in the mid 70's and early 80's he would come by almost every morning, sit on one of our stools, behind the counter and get caught up on the happenings of the day. I enjoyed his visits very much and my day wasn't complete until Mr. Charlie came by.
He told me of one of his favorite fishing holes and told me I was welcome to give it a try, which my brother and I did. We caught several big bass...
