Dad,
Your passing was such a shock to all of us. You fought so long and so hard in your battle with cancer; I am so angry that it won. I know you are in a better place, free of the pain and suffering. By now you have found Mary, and the two of you are together; along with those that left before you. I pray that you are in peace. I will always love you. Lisa Crane Chaudhry

Our father was a very proud man. It was with heartfelt sorrow that he and my mother, Bette, along with all other family members, held their daughter, Mary Ellen (my twin sister), as she lay dying from cancer.
I believe it was one of the most emotional and saddest moments of my father’s life.
It is with equal sorrow and sadness that we must say good-bye to him.
Happy sailing Dad – steer for the sunset.
