Charles E. Cullen

August 28, 2006 Charles E. Cullen, 90, of Oswego, died Monday. Survived by a brother, Leo Cullen of Oswego; many nieces and nephews. Services are 11 a.m. Thursday, at Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home, 112 East 2nd St., Oswego.
