Not sure what to say?

I WAS INTRODUCED TO CHARLES RECENTLY, YET I NOTICED WHAT A WARM A ND FRIENDLY MAN HE WAS. I WAS ESPECIALLY THRILLED TO HEAR WHAT AN ADVENTUROUS LIFE HE HAD, AND YET NEAR THE END OF HIS LIFE, HE CAME TO A TRUE APPRECIATION OF JEHOVAH'S PROMISES FOR THE NEAR FUTURE CAN BE FOR HIM, AS WELL. AND THAT HIS JOURNEY IS FAR FROM OVER. I LOOK FORWARD TO GROWING WITH BROTHER CURTZE IN OUR EVERLASTING FUTURE.

He wrote me a letter many years ago, that influenced me for the better.I was touched that he cared and that he took the time to offer good advice to a young man he did not know.Years later,I had the privlege of having a couple of conversations with him.I'll never forget those contacts with him.I admire him very much and hope to conduct myself in a way that spreads what he did for me to others.

To the Adms. family,
My deepest sympathy I had become friends with him and enjoyed talking and visiting with him over the years we shared some fine stories about his younger days down at Conneat Lake Park and many other things, his wit and storytelling were great and varied. My daughter and I had brought him some homemade german potato salad once after he said he hadn't had any in years.I feel honored to have known hin and will miss him.

Josh and family,
It is very difficult to write any words to help you at this very
difficult time. Please know that from our family, that you have our
deepest sympathies.

regards,
John Waldemarson

My sincere condolences to the Curtze Family. I feel honored to be a fellow Radio Amateur. I never had the pleasure of meeting Charlie, but have heard much about him as a "ham" operator. Paul, W3QPP

My sincere sympathy to Adms. family. What a great person he was.. Kind, loving, respectable and such a humor he had. It was wonderful to be one of his care givers. He will always be in my heart. He taught me so much about life and living. It was an honor and pleasure to care for him. I'll always remember the German words he taught me also. Thanks family, for the opportunity to be a part of his life. Love and prayers, Peggy Klemm

My deepest sympathy to the Curtze extended family and regret that I am unable to attend the services. In the process of buying and learning about "THULE" I had the great privilege of spending alot of time with Charles. I treasure the memory of his many and varied stories, his intelligence, and above all his sense of humour in the broadest classical sense. Your family and our city has lost one of our finest citizens, but his spirit and legacy lives on. Rest in peace Admiral.

I met Charlie as a fellow Amateur Radio Operator many years ago, I was immediately impressed by his wide knowledge, friendliness and graciousness. It was a pleasure to participate in Ham Radio with him and to become friendly with him and his wonderful bride Louise (Vicky).

Dear Curtze Family,
