Not sure what to say?

I don't know if it's wrong to post this so long after your passing but Charley...I miss you. You thought me how to live life on life's terms and that we are all capable of great things. You were always there to encourage me when I was down in the doldrums. But it was when I screwed up that you were able to care for and look after my dear partner and friend. You were truly loved.

My condolences. You were the teacher that thought me how to write. As well as other life lessons. Thank You for your kindness and patience. Thank You one more time, Mr. Daniels

It is difficult for me to contemplate Charlie’s passing. Early in my career at Chester High School, he graced my class with his wit and unique humor. I agree with Julie that his “chortle was something special. After his graduation, Charlie spent a summer working with me, and we became friends. I remember some of the inside humor between Walter and Charlie as editors of the Probing Proboscis. As Assistant Principal at Belchertown High, I was proud to recommend him to the Principal and School...

I worked with Charlie for many years in Belchertown. He also had a unique sense of humor. My condolences to his family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family as they come to terms with this sudden loss. Linda Boomsma Casper

Charlie was a friend and classmate and will be missed by a great many friends and family . he is no doubt in a better place . It was my pleasure to have known him.

Fond memories of Charlie from early Chester Grammar School days. My condolences.

Many good memories of this fellow Chester classmate, whose personality was so likable and whose laugh? chortle? was so infectious. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I am so saddened to learn this news. "Chas" was a schoolmate and good friend. He served on the "editorial board" of "The Probing Proboscis" during our high school years, and I have some great memories of our meetings- and some great resulting columns! He had a great sense of humor and appreciation for the ridiculous! My sincerest condolences to his family and all who loved him.
