Not sure what to say?

Chuck was such a dear person. such a Blessing to my son Janusz and I.

Oh, Chuck. I still miss you so much. You meant so MUCH to me, big brother. You always looked out for me, especially after Dad was gone. You were one of the best. Love you still.

Am thankful Chuck was part of my life in the 70s. A life well lived. He taught me valuable lessons. Always remembered with love. thank you for the opportunity to reflect.

I was devastated by the news of Chuck's death. Chuck and I were on the Washington State Board of Pilotage Commissioners for a number of years. His steady ability to analyze complex issues made him an ideal Commissioner. At the same time he had a wry sense of humor that allowed him to provide input to the Board without seeming officious. He served the people of the State of Washington in an exemplary manner.

Chuck and I also interfaced as a result of maritime consulting work that...

Chuck was a loving, generous friend when I was single parenting my toddler Janusz in the early 70s
My heartfelt wishes to you all

Catherine and Family,

It is with great sadness that we heard of your loss. The Howard Family will cherish the memories of Chuck and his steadfast dedication to the scouts in Troop 72. Chuck was always there to provide help and guidance.

We fondly remember our kids playing together and the welcoming and comfortable environment of the Davis home.

Our deepest sympathies to you all.

Tom, Lynn and Andrew Howard

I am heartbroken for his family. I am heartbroken for his wife. I will remember him and his family are forever in my prayers

I first met Chuck in the early 1960s on the sailing team at the Academy. Though he was two years junior to me, he was a guy to remember. We reconnected in 1984 when I moved to Seattle. We became close in so many facets of life from that time forward.
Fair winds and following seas my friend.
