I am saddened to learn that Charles had passed. I knew and enjoy working with him for nearly 30 years. My wife, Laura, would bring her office staff to tutor his class. She introduced me to him and suggested that he would be an asset to the Title I program-which indeed he was. I am thankful for the opportunity to know him. He was very proud of his family.
