Mr. D,
You will surely be missed. I was on the Newark 'Y' Track Team from 1976-1983. Mr. D was a man's man. Told it like it was and never pulled any punches. I owe a great deal of who I am to him. I know Heaven's Track Team probably doing push-ups right now (25 at a time). Mr.D touched many lives. Love Ya Big Fellow!

Mr. Davis touched my life in a very special way. He was a mentor and a father figure. He encouraged me to follow my dreams and to keep my head held high in trying situations. When times were rough Mr. D kept it real. He always told me the truth and filled my ears with what I thought I didn't want to hear. I am so grateful to God that I listened and heard the many words he spoke. Today, I am a better person because of the influence he had on my life. Mr. Davis has had an impact on many lives...
