Not sure what to say?

Dear Jan and Family
Please accept my sincerest condolences in the loss of Rex Witherspoon. Of course, he was famous, had an excellent reputation. Everybody knew Rex and everybody that knew Rex respected him. I recall several evenings at Hickory Hills Country Club, even though he was nearly 20 years my senior, I could still count on him as my friend for a few laughs. He was a wonderful man and I'm sure a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. May God bless you and your family in this...

Rex brought much love, kindness, and joy to those around him. Our family will treasure the memories we have made over the years. Our deepest sympathy and love to the entire Witherspoon family.

Jan, I'm so sorry to hear of Rex's passing. He was such a wonderful person that I am proud to be one of his friends. Spending time with the two of you was one of the highlights of our trips to Nicaragua. I will never forget him. Because of his life we know where he is now and I pray that will give you peace always. You are in my prayers.

Exquisite Tribute Standing Spray

I met Dr. Witherspoon only once when he spoke to the Veterans Connection in 2014. He made a hit with our veterans, especially with his fellow WWII guys in attendance. He never bragged about his many accomplishments but spoke of service to his country and helping others. May God comfort the family and many friends in his passing. We'll see him again where there are no farewells.

Words cannot express the gratitude i have for everything I have learned from Doc. His memory will forever be a bright light in my life. Thank you Dr. Witherspoon for the life lessons you have taught so many of us. Blessings to the family.
