Not sure what to say?

Judy I am sad to hear of this news. I will miss Charlie's smile and the hug he would greet me with.

Our deepest sympathies to you Judy. Charlie was a great person, a friend and as my mother always said, " a truly wonderful neighbor."

Your friends,

Karen & Bob Philo

Charlie will always be an unforgettable person whom I had the pleasure of working with since the 70's. Always being thoughtful and fun having a couple of beers with. We worked in factory 12, 05, then on to factory 36 in metallurgy, where we retired the same day. He once loaned me a 45 recording I couldn't find to copy; just a nice up north guy who liked being friends with those he knew and people he met.

Fellow worker,

Ken Guoan

Our deepest condolences to the DeCaire famly. Charlie will be highly missed at St Charles and Helena. He will always be in our thought and prayers. May the Peace of the Lord see the family through this time of deep sorrow.

Uncle Charlie was a wonderful man, and always willing to give more than he took. Being the best to him was not as important as giving his best. I was so happy the day my mother married into that family and I took on a whole group of loving aunts and uncles. God blessed me, but more so, the world has been blessed having Uncle Charlie in it. Take care Aunt Judy, we will be praying for you.

Charlie was my Godfather. He was a very special man and he will be very missed. Love and prayers to my Godmother, Judy.
