We are so sad to hear of Chucks passing. We lived nearby in the Sanctuary, gated community 1/2 mile from his condo. He helped us with painting and Pressure cleaning for years(parents of 4) and we sold that home in 2018 and moved to Viera area and also Winter Park , Fl (we now spend our wends). We are catholics and Chuck shared the sad news of the passing of his nephew and he always talked about his beloved mom. Our inlaws owned a condo in same location as Chuck for many Years.
