He and your mother were very kind and helpful to our mother after my father had passed and it was always comforting to know my mother had neighbors who were there for her. Rest in peace, Mr. Dexter. You being outside tending to your lawn and garden is how I'll always remember you. Even laying on the ground to clip the edges with scissors or to weed. You always had a witty comment to share or a big smile and wave to give when I passed by your house. Growing up on Young Street was an amazing experience and you were a big part of that. Thanks for all the humor and for always being a friendly face in the neighborhood. Thinking of your family at this time.
