Not sure what to say?

I am still stunned. I miss my dear friend Charlie D so much. A kind loving spirit. I was privileged to have such a wonderful friend for 44 years. His passing leaves a hole in my heart.

I will remember Charlie as one of the kindest and most gentlemanly of people, and a terrific teacher. When we taught together for a year, I admired his patience and sense of humor with his students. He leaves behind many, many students who were most fortunate to spend time in his classroom, and colleagues who were privileged to know him. Peace to his memory.

Dear Charlie....... you were a fantastic friend and client of mine and I know you are on to bigger and better (& healthier), pastures now. Will always think of you with a warm heart...... Fly with the angels, pal.

Charlie was a dear friend and Latin School colleague from 1978. I am so saddened by his passing. I loved his sense of humor. He touched so many lives and will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his loved ones and his many friends.

Mr. D was our son's Fourth Grade teacher in 2002 and was instrumental in making him the person he is today. He saw potential in him and inspired him to live up to his fullest. Our children had many wonderful teachers but Mr. D was the best of them all.
