Not sure what to say?

Dear Aunt Pat, Sharon, Vinnie and Families,

My thought and Prayers go out to you and your families at this time of loss. Losing a parent is one of the hardest things anyone should have to bare. Not to mention the loss of your parnter and Husband.

Though we have not kept in touch, I have very found memories of Uncle Junior "MEAT AROUND THE CORNER"!!! And the craziness he brought out in everyone, especially Daddy. My Dad and Uncle Junior go way back and now they are together...

I want to thank everyone who came to my dad's services. We were very pleased with everything and thought the viewing, church service, and cemetery went very smoothly. Everyone's thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. My dad would have approved of this day. It's what he wanted.

A special thanks to Pastor Steve. My dad spoke of you often and you made this difficult day into a pleasant memory for me. Knowing my dad was watching over us today and always was quite comforting.

I...

Aunt Pat, Vinny, Sharon and your families,

My deepest sympathy for your loss. "Junior" was a great, great man. My mother was very fond of him and found some comfort speaking with him before she passed not so long ago. As for my pops, when he and "junior" got together the stories would flow, about the Yankees, growing up in NY, who could eat the most hot dogs, and how important family is.

It was nice that "Uncle Junior" followed my golf career in the papers, took pride that I...

As I was sitting at the church today, I thought about the last thing I said to you Pop, and I wish I had that time back, until I remembered I have unlimited time to speak to you. Not only were my words at church my final words, my prayers will always be heard. Im sure you will always be listening, and while it may be hard for all of us, I know you will always be there. I love you, and Ill miss you forever.

Aunt Pat, Sharon & family, Vinnie & family...I am so sorry that I could not be there with you. My heart is broken, I will miss my Uncle Vince so much. I recall times when we were teenagers and I would spend the night with Sharon..and just the fun we would have with Uncle Vince at the diner table..and also when I was a single mom and raising my kids..and how much fun Fawn would have spending the night at Aunt Pat & Uncle Vince's house. How Uncle Vince would play cards with Fawn...and the...

Poppy. ...I remember when i was little and you and nan used to take me everywhere and i'd sleep over like every other night to watch whinney the pooh and we just had so much fun together. You will be missed dearly and I love you so much.

Losing a loved one is never easy. We hope you find comfort in knowing that you are in the prayers and thoughts of others. Someone had said something to me that touched me when I lost my mother. Lost love is still love. It takes a different form. You can't see their smile, hear their laughter or dance with them. But you have memory and memory becomes your partner. Nurture it and hold it.

We are sorry that Vince is no longer with us here at Jensen's. We recall his warm personality and humor of years past, and will remember his smile. "God knows what He is doing -- He doesn't make mistakes" and we know that Vincent is with Him.
