Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Admiral Doolin´s passing - Charles was a most gracious host to us when we docked our boat at the Sea Base, and I even spent a night or two on Point Glass. I was honored to submit Charles to Gov. Perry for his commission in the Texas Navy, and enjoyed his company at our dinner meetings. Fair Winds and Following Seas, Admiral.

Rosemary and Wesley, After just seeing Charles´ obituary, we wish to send our condolences filled with wonderful memories of our scouting days with you folks. Gaye and Bill Benson

Charles and Rosemary were an amazing couple and a driving force in another program in Dallas, CoDA. They pioneered some of our literature for this 12 step program and helped put Dallas CoDA and CoDA Texas on the map.

Charles was a kind, Texas gentlemen and he and Rosemary are certainly missed now that they've moved on to Seascape! Wow, what an amazing legacy he leaves.

I remember going to Charles' parents original home on Forest Ln. for committee meetings, ...

I was one of your marine program recipients for two years, 2016 and 2017. Thank you so much for all the support you and your family provided to all the kids of Galveston. We will miss you, but you will be forever in our hearts. May you rest in peace, and I want to dedicate this piano piece to your memory.
