Not sure what to say?

Great mentor always had a smile on his face. My life and my career was better because of you "Coach" keep the Faith brother.

Coach Chuck, Where do I start? You were more than a coach to me, you were a mentor. I thank you for the wise words you would tell me, and the life lessons that you would share would shape me to be the man I am today. To The Drury Family, I am very sorry to hear about your loss, my thoughts and prayers are to you. #LLCC #YABABY!

Clare and Family, I was extremely shocked and saddened to hear of Chuck´s passing. It has been a long time since we spoke, but I followed his and Matt´s football careers over the years. Back in the mid 60s, Chuck and Rick, two young men from West Hartford, came to Avon as student teachers in my elementary school gym classes. Time certainly has passed by quickly but I still recall their kindness and willingness to learn. I am so proud of Chuck for the difference he made in every part of his personal and career life The world needs more individuals like him. With sympathy, Jeannie Parker

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND. I ALWAYS LOVED OUR TALKS WE HAD ABOUT FISHING AND FOOTBALL WHEN YOU CAME INTO THE OUTPATIENT LAB. YOUR FRIEND RICHARD

My sympathies and prayers to all the family from one of his former Pomperaug girl´s track team members. We all loved Coach Chuck. He was a wonderful man and put up with a lot of shenanigans from the class of 1981. We were so lucky to have him. My condolences on your loss.
