Not sure what to say?

Years ago when I had to take a six-week leave of absence, I requested that Charlie be assigned as the substitute for my ESL class because I knew he would follow my lesson plans as written and also that the kids would be glad to have him as their teacher. He was fun in the classroom, yet at the same time always gaining the respect of the students and getting the lessons taught thoroughly in a pleasant way.

Charlie was also the consummate gentleman, always addressing fellow teachers...

To the Duclos Family, I am sorry for your loss I have a lot of fond memories of the Duclos family being a neighbor of Charlie's parents. Remember all Charlie's mothers card parties as a kid as well as many other things. Charlie RIP, your deserve it you were always a good friend.

With Deepest Sympathy,
Ann Sapelli

Mr. Duclos was a teacher of mine at the former John J. Lynch Jr. High School. It must have been a challenge, dealing with 7th graders each day, but he was up to the task. Greeting us warm, big smile, patience beyond measure and quite the sense of humor, as I recall. As evident from his picture, he smiled until the end. Rest in peace Mr. Duclos, you've earned your wings.

Joanna, I am so sorry for your loss. My memories of Charlie were always cheerful. I especially enjoyed his presence at some of the Dudley weddings when I would sit with you. R I P Charlie.

"Mr. Duclos" as I clearly remember him from HHS in the 1960's was a friendly, well liked member of the faculty. I did not have him as a teacher, but enjoyed great times in the gym after school playing basketball with him and other teachers and students frequently His demeanor and sense of humor made him a favorite of everyone. My deepest sympathies to the entire family.

Libby, I am thinking of you during this difficult time. May you find peace and comfort remembering all of your Happy memories you shared with your grampa. Look at pictures and cherish the love he had for you. My heart is with you. Sending hugs and kisses xo Auntie Barbara
