My brother Doug and I have some great memories of Chuck. He was a good friend, even though we left Arizona in the mid 90s. We had known Chuck since the crazy times in the 70s. Rest in Peace, Chuck.

Anytime I think of my many years living in Tucson, I think of Chuck. I always knew him as Chuck or CW. He was a good friend and I remember driving through Golder Ranch to the fort-like house out there. I also remember seeing him deriving up my drive in his RX7. We loved music and worked on our real estate. Hard to believe that in 1978. I hadn't seen him since I moved to Bisbee and then Ohio. He is missed. Rest easy Chuck.

We were very good friends with Chuck and spent many a day at his home on Golder Ranch. Kent and CW studied real estate together and were licensed at about the same time. This is very sad news and the loss of a very good friend. Living in a different state, we just received this news.

Our 2-3 calls per month especially these last 18-20 months kept my spirits up and his as well. To say Charles's spirit, enthusiasm and take no prisoners approach in business and life in general will be sorely missed would be a major understatement. This event must give us all pause that we are all basically frail humans and cause...
