We met Phyliss and Charlie during our first AIS visit to the USA in 1993, based in Newark (DE) and Wliiamsburg (VA). We liked the AIS (and its people) so much that we became members immediately and still are! After the AIS sojourn was finished, the Dunhams invited us to their home in Odessa (DE), which we gratefully accepted. Dr. Charlie Dunham was an excellent educator and friend to many students at the University of Delaware. I had floral arranging and woody landscape plant classes taught by him. A kind and gentle soul, he loved teaching and his students. My deepest sympathy to his family. His memory will live on with us.
