A few years ago I was in Colorado Springs with 8 other sorority sisters from Kansas State (all in our mid-late 70's). I contacted one of my husband's 1963 classmates to ask him to help me get a special tour, which he did. To our great fortune, Charlie was our tour guide. Charlie worked harder supported wounded warrior program at the stables and giving tours in retirement than before retirement. He loved seeing all the grandkids.
