Charles E. "Chuck" Elking

Charles "Chuck" F. Elking, 91, of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Wednesday morning, Dec. 27, 2023, at his home.

He was born Dece. 17, 1932, in Lima, Ohio, the son of the late Frank J. and Cecilia (Miller) Elking.
