I am still shocked about Charles passing away. Charles was a wonderful neighbor to me, always looked out for me and made sure that I was okay, he even brought me a meal sometimes. He was funny, kind, and a gentleman. He was a great friend to my Brother in law Darryl and my sister Michelle. He was a good man who will be missed by many. May he Rest In Heaven. Prayers for the Ely Family, his loved ones and friends.
