I was glad to meet my father-in-law Charlie for the first time in the US in 2008, where he charmingly prompted me to marry Danielle. As a bribe, he offered me German beer, which could not be refused.

Hey Tuna! You were a good friend and a lousy poker player. I could never beat you which made me even worse. We think of you often and your welcoming us home 40 years ago when we returned from Anchorage. Keep on rocking brother, and save me a place up there in his heavenly banquet.

Charlie, RIP. I and so many others miss you tremendously. You were one in a million, a true original. And you were a great friend and coworker, and someone who always had a joke to make others smile. My condolences to your family. May they be comforted in knowing how much you meant to so many people.

I am grateful to our Lord for our Loved Ones presence in our lives, it was truly a blessing . My "Power of Faith" allows me to realize that the pain of the loss is for me. I won't have them to accompany me in life's journey any longer. and their memory is all we will have until we meet again. My pain is not for them.
