Deanna and Bob's wedding 50 years ago

Bob was one of the most influential people in my life, promoting me to a management position in the Sexton organization, and encouraging me to be baptized and become a practicing Christian. Deanna, Vicki and Bill -- my prayers are with you in your time of grief. May the coming days be filled with peace and good memories.

Bob and I grew up on Yale Avenue in Chicago. We played "kick the can", sports at West Pullman and Palmer parks and then on to Fenger H.S.
Bob was the best athlete that I ever knew. He could play any sport well. He was a friend that I could always count on. I was best man at his wedding and he at mine.
Deanna, Vicki and Bill..Bob will always
be remembered in our hearts. Juanita and I have all of your families in our prayers.
He is at peace..God bless..
Jim Cooper

I had the honor of standing up for Deanna and Bob's wedding.
Bob was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor.
My heart and prayers are with my dear friend Deanna and her loving family.

Deana
God bless you for taking loving care of Bob.

Deanna, Vicki and Bill,

My thoughts and prayers are with you. May the peace of God that passes all understanding guard your hearts and the will of God prevail in your future. May the Lord bless you and keep you. Thank you for your friendship.

Evers Family, I am so sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful man. He will be sorely missed!

Bob, Deanna and I go back at least 50 years to a place called Fenger HS on Chicago's south side. A tremendous place to live and grow up. Bob was a fabulous baseball pitcher (Mr. Knuckleballer) and football player. His memory will linger on until we get together again as 'batteries' on the diamond in the sky. His loving catcher.
