I did not know you personally, however I would very much like to "Thank You" for your dedicated and honorable Military Service to OUR country.
As a member of the "GREATEST GENERATION", and a "WORLD WAR II VETERAN", you Sir are my HERO!
At a later date we will meet in that "SPECIAL PLACE" which GOD reserves for ALL of those who have stepped forward to serve their country in a Military Uniform.
May ALL of GOD'S blessings fall upon your dear family!

I'm so very sorry for the loss of your good friend Charlie. I met him several times at your house and thought he was a lovely man. May you treasure all the memories that you had with him, because that will help soften the heartache of him not being here. He lived a good life! I hope somebody will take his doggie and provide him a good loving home.
