Lt Falk (Charlie) was one of the most caring, honest and humble persons I have had the honor to have worked for and with.
Watching him and his wife skiing down 2nd Street during a heavy snow storm will be a memory I will not forget
I will always have the deepest respect for Charlie as well as his lovely.
It has been my honor to have known you, God. Bless

My deepest sympathy to the family. Worked for Lt. Falk for many years at Harrisburg Police. He was an easy man to work for. Always treated everyone with respect. May God be with his family and good memories provide them comfort.
